Trout Fishing in the Fall

The Mrs. and I took the Love Sh@ck to the mountains this fall to enjoy some trout fishing with family and friends. While we didn't catch any fish we had a beautiful time in the mountains of the Monongahela National Forest.

One afternoon, while it was raining we decided to take a drive. We made our way along scenic routes 28 and 33 to Riverton, WV where we enjoyed lunch at the Gateway Family Restaurant. After we ended up at Spruce Knob, the highest peak in West Virginia. Despite the fog and cold it was a beautiful location that neither of us had experienced before. We can't wait to go back when we can appreciate the views.
